End User License Agreement

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred units of currency if no payment was made.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless zolvaris and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:
a) Your use or misuse of the services
b) Your violation of this Agreement
c) Your violation of any rights of third parties
d) Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
13. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.
13.1 Termination by You
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing use of our services and deleting your account.
13.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, for:
a) Violation of this Agreement
b) Non-payment of fees
c) Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
d) Any reason at our sole discretion
13.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
a) Your license to use the services immediately ceases
b) You must cease all use and delete any copies of our software
c) We may delete your account and associated data
d) Provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or resolved through appropriate legal channels.
You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
15. General Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and zolvaris regarding the services.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15.3 Waiver

15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
15.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
